References to ancient terms like Judea and Samaria are regularly employed to support territorial claims and settlement expansion in the West Bank, accompanied by significant state funding. Simultaneously, dehumanizing language and explicit religious edicts from prominent figures have translated into concrete military actions on the ground. In addition, including the systematic destruction of neighborhoods and severe civilian impacts in Gaza and the West Bank. While rights organizations, legal experts, and international bodies identify this language as evidence of genocidal intent and state-sanctioned war crimes.
