New US attack means ‘destruction’ throughout region – Tehran

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that he and US President Donald Trump share a commitment to achieving the complete Iran regime elimination. This revelation comes as diplomatic and military tensions across the Middle East reach a critical juncture.

Specifically, Netanyahu confirmed that he and Trump recently discussed plans to oust the government in Tehran. This announcement followed unannounced meetings in Israel involving US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth. Meanwhile, the White House clarified that Washington has no immediate plans to launch military strikes against Iran prior to the upcoming US midterm elections. On the other hand, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian warned that any renewed war would cause widespread destruction across the entire region. Furthermore, Tehran maintained that the US must lift all sanctions and meet strict conditions before any future negotiations can take place.

At the same time, maritime security in the Strait of Hormuz remains heavily disputed. While the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps claimed that multiple oil tankers struck naval mines, US Central Command dismissed the reports as incorrect, asserting that commercial shipping lanes remain largely operational. Additionally, economic pressure continues to mount as US Treasury officials report severe inflation and financial strain within Iran under ongoing economic campaigns.

Ultimately, the rhetoric surrounding Iran regime elimination heightens geopolitical instability and hardens positions on all sides. Therefore, international observers closely monitor these developments to prevent a wider military conflagration.
